I LOVE HER, BUT SHE'S GOT HIV/AIDS

You two have been together for quite a while and it was even her idea that you both go for a blood test (so it's not like she knew she had HIV/AIDS, cos if she did, she wouldn't be the one to suggest it). She tested positive. What would you do?
